Anne Hua joined Pier Capital in 2000 at a pivotal moment. The first human genome had just been sequenced, and Pier saw a transformational growth catalyst emerging in biotech.
Anne brought a rare combination of a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy and an MBA in Finance from the University of Toronto. She has work experience in pharmaceutical studies and hospital healthcare systems. Her scientific knowledge enables her to cut through complex clinical data and identify investment opportunities.
Twenty-five years later, she's still at Pier, a testament to the firm's culture and collaborative approach.
